1. Shipping Partners

Mumbai & Maharashtra Deliveries: India Post/ Partnered Couriers

All Other Indian States: India Post/ Partnered Couriers

International Orders: India Post / Partnered International Couriers

International orders are accepted through Instagram DM or WhatsApp (+91 91371 78718) due to varying shipping rates.

2. Delivery Timelines

Domestic Orders: Estimated delivery within 3–10 days, depending on destination.

Deliveries to North, South, or East India may take slightly longer as shipments are dispatched from Mumbai, Maharashtra.

Local Deliveries (Mumbai area): Delivered within 1–3 days, or the same day for special requests.

Local delivery charges: Rs. 10 per km.

International Orders: Delivery time depends on courier partner and destination country.

Please note: unforeseen delays may occur due to weather, traffic, holidays, or courier operational issues.

3. Order Accuracy & Customer Responsibility

To ensure timely and successful delivery:

• Provide your complete and accurate address, including correct PIN code and an active phone number.
• Attend calls from the delivery agent.
• Verify all order details before payment.
  • Once submitted, order details cannot be modified or corrected.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect address or failure to receive calls, you must pay Rs. 49 to reship the package. Refunds will not be issued for such cases.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once dispatched, you will receive an email with your tracking ID and tracking link.

Customers are responsible for monitoring tracking updates to avoid missed deliveries.

As we rely on third-party courier services (unlike Amazon/Flipkart), tracking your shipment is essential.

5. Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement

For any complaint regarding damage, missing items, or defects:

• A full unedited unboxing video is mandatory.
• The video must show:
  • A 360° view of the unopened parcel
  • The seal being opened in one continuous shot
  • No edits, trims, pauses, or filters

Complaints without proper unboxing video evidence will be declined immediately, without exception.

6. Urgent Orders

For urgent deliveries:

If a private courier is required, shipping charges may vary.

7. Pick-Up Option

A local Pick & Collect option is available at:
Dombivli Station.

You may contact us once you reach the location for collection.

8. Shipping Charges

Domestic Shipping: Rs. 49 (flat across India)

International Shipping: Starting at Rs. 600 (final charges depend on weight and destination)

International shipments may incur additional customs charges, depending on the country.
