1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange due to product damage, customers must provide a complete and unedited unboxing video meeting the following criteria:

• The video must begin before opening the outer package seal.
• The entire unboxing process must be recorded in one continuous shot without cuts, edits, pauses, filters, or alterations.
• The product damage must be clearly visible in the video.

Return or exchange requests without this video proof will be automatically declined.

Jui Collection does not accept returns or refunds for:

• Products damaged due to customer handling
• Lack of proper unboxing video proof
• Change of mind

2. Condition of Returned Items

If your return request is approved, the product must be returned in:

• Original, unused condition
• Original packaging, including jewellery boxes, tags, seals, pouches, and protective materials
• With all accessories that were originally included

Products that do not meet these requirements will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

3. Refund Process

Once your return is approved and we receive the product:

• Allow up to 2 business days for inspection
• Refunds will be processed only to the original payment method used during purchase
• You will receive a confirmation once the refund has been initiated

Please note:

Shipping charges, COD fees (if applicable), and convenience fees are non-refundable.

Depending on your bank, the refund credit time may vary.

4. Exchange Policy

Approved exchanges follow the same requirements as returns. After verification:

• A replacement product will be shipped
• If the desired item is out of stock, we may issue store credit or a refund, subject to availability

Price differences (if any) must be paid before dispatching the replacement item.

5. Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Items damaged after delivery
• Items without unboxing video proof
• Worn, used, or altered products
• Items purchased on final sale or clearance

6. Shipping Returns

Customers are responsible for safely packaging and shipping approved return items back to us. Jui Collection is not responsible for damage or loss during return transit.
